Juan Viera

Mr. Viera is passionate about University spaces from art studios to research labs. Under his leadership, he has developed small to large construction projects for his clients. These projects have helped modernize instructional and research spaces.

Mr. Viera has honed his space planning and management skills across four higher ed institutions (Temple University, NYU, Binghamton University and UDel). He brings a wealth of experience from working as a carpenter, architectural designer, and student of finance.

When not working on space, he travels the US with his family. They have visited over 17 states and counting. He is a girl dad who enjoys watching his daughters be a better athlete than he could ever be.
